New year, New leaf.

So this year is coming to an end and not slowly might I add. Who's excited? I know I definitely am! I look at the new year as a chance to turn a new leaf. A chance to start off fresh. Make better choices, set attainable goals, make resolutions and celebrate with the people who made the year great for me.

With each year that passes, I feel as though I am continuously growing. I know that this is natural and supposed to happen but I think this past year, I have done a lot of "growing up." I've met new individuals. I've loved & I've lost. I've learned numerous lessons. Its funny how much things can change and how quickly too.

I've started thinking of some new year's resolutions that I really do want to stick to this year. Resolutions are often so hard to keep BUT I'm super dedicated this year. There's something about being able to start fresh and kind of having a "clean slate" of sorts with a new year.

Here are some of my resolutions:

  • create a healthier lifestyle and keep going hard at the gym
  • stop cursing (use as minimal cursing as possible)
  • save save save!!!
  • push myself to continuously do good deeds for those in need
  • better myself as an individual
  • be there more for my family

I know that I am the kind of person that can stick to anything and achieve anything that I put my mind to so I hope to be able to blog in the near future about how I have stuck to my resolutions.

How about you? Do you have new year's resolutions? If so, what are they? Comment.
Also, be sure to have a Happy New Year! Be safe. Love one another. All the best in 2012.

-Xo
