FAB FIVE!

This week, I decided to make a list of some of my favorite things at the moment. From music and working out to eating better and skin care. 

HERE ARE MY FAB FIVE ENJOY! 



1. Greek salads w/protein (i.e. Chicken, Salmon, etc) on top. These salads are delicious, healthy, easy to make and super filling.


2. People Magazine - Style Watch for Spring (March 2012). Full of some new trendy ideas for this Spring!


3. Adele's albums. I know she's been around for a while but her music is awesome and I can definitely relate right now.


4. Adding in 30 minutes of intense cardio. February is heart awareness month and adding in that extra bit of intense cardio (of course, suitable to your personal abilities) will definitely keep your heart healthy!


5. Aveeno pomegranate and rice body scrub. Amazing on your skin, smells great and is super good for your skin.
