New month, new change!

A new month, a new chance for change!

I always feel like a new month is the best time to start something new or make a change! Since its the beginning of May (already, I know!), I'm going to give you my FAB FIVE ways to create a little change and/or embrace change that already may be occurring in your life.

FAB Five Ways to Embrace Change and/or Create Change:

1. EMBRACE CHANGE! I have always said that! Welcoming it with open arms. It is a positive thing and can so super healthy for us.

2. A new month is the perfect time to take a look at your goals. They don't have to be long term goals like 5 years from now, they can be 6 months from now, etc. Time to rethink, reevaluate and create some changes. Often we lead such busy lives that we forget about our goals and lose sight of the BIG picture.

3. When change occurs, I think people are too stressed and terrified to share it. For me, talking about change or writing it down, like a journal if you're private or on a blog if you're more open, is the best! You can get feedback and advice that can reassure you.

4. The beginning of the month is also the best time to plan new things for yourself. If you want change, make small changes in your schedule. (ie. Schedule in a lunch date, a new class, etc.)

5. The beginning of a new month is a perfect to clean and/or reorganize.
